In the spirit of fairness for Entheos Employee visits to your practice, we are establishing an Executive Management policy that is far more equitable for the entire co-op. Effective January 1, 2023, if you desire a member of the Entheos team to come to your practice for Business Services, Marketing Events/Services, Team Building, Culture Events (or anything else you can think)*, the requesting member/owner will pay the roundtrip coach airfare and the hotel. This creates three very positive outcomes for all of you, the owners.
- There is no limit to the number of trips you can request.
- There is no longer a one-day limit in the practice for the visit.
- There is positive financial impact to create a healthier profit for the cooperative which means larger dividends for you, our members.
How does this work? You can determine the number of days you would like Monday-Friday, and simply arrange it directly with the Entheos team member and they will get you on their calendar.
Feeling the need to get out of the office? If you would like to have access to Deb, Allie, Kevin and Martyna all at the same time, you can come to Reno/Lake Tahoe instead of having one or more of them come to you. If Fort Wayne is on your radar, then you can also arrange to spend time with Nora, Barry, Sandy, Alan, Sara, Daniel or Suha. Don’t forget that Kareem and Laurel are within driving distance of Fort Wayne as well. LizMarie and Jim are all alone in Florida, but if you want to see sunny Florida, then please reach out to them and they will happily make time for you. Please know that all Entheos team members continue to be available to you by phone, email, messaging, Zoom or in person, whatever best suits your needs. Also, if any of you live in the same locale, you can get together and arrange a time for someone to come to your offices and split the cost! *This policy does not apply to Hearing the Call events. Entheos team members will be decided on a case-by-case basis if funding allows.
