By Deb Zener | | Front Office, Training

Whether you realize it or not, we have some kind of relationship with everyone we know. Often, when we discuss relationships and how to build better ones, we first think of business relationships and communicating better with our colleagues or our bosses. But imagine how your daily life would improve if you could increase the chances of getting a last appointment filled by a patient or prep the pathway for the patient to readily accept your provider’s recommendations or have a patient keep their followup appointments and not having to worry about no shows.

The advantages to having stronger relationships with everyone we interact with are endless and the influence that you can yield for the patient’s hearing health is impactful and long lasting. Join us on June 17 so that you can make a difference for your patient, your provider and your practice.
