METHOD OF RESERVATION:
Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by contacting Carly Schreidell via email at carly.schreidell@sonder.com no later than the Cutoff Date (Thursday, Feb. 2nd). Please inform your attendees to request the Entheos Audiology Cooperative Owner Meeting Rate to ensure that attendees are charged properly and your Room Block is credited.
CUT-OFF DATE:
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Thursday, February 2, 2023 (“Cut-Off Date”) to receive your rate. After Thursday, February 2, 2023 (the Cut-Off Date"), SONDER shall be permitted to release, for sale to the general public or to other groups.
CHECK-IN DETAILS:
Most of our properties do not have in-person check-ins. You will need to check-in online in order to receive your Sonder’s access information. 48hrs. prior to arrival the guest access codes and check in information will be sent via email. It’s best to complete the online check-in process as soon as you’ve booked your stay with Sonder.
PAYMENT:
Once the reservation is confirmed, Carly will send the guest a payment link to finalize their stay with us.
DEPOSITS:
Guest will be charged the total amount for their stay at the time of booking. We accept all debit and credit cards, excluding pre-paid credit cards. We don’t accept cash on arrival. Deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice of cancellation is received by us at least 72 hours prior to arrival. No-shows will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax.
