Where: The Westin New York Grand Central
- Airport: LaGuardia is the closest airport (for those flying in)
- Train station: Grand Central (for those taking a train)
- Arrive: Wednesday evening, Sept. 14th (no planned activities)
- Start time on Thursday: 9am breakfast & registration, 10am program starts
- End time on Thursday: 5:30pm (post heavy appetizers)
- THEATRE on Thursday @ 7pm: "Come From Away"
- Start time on Friday: 9am breakfast, Hall of Awesome
- End time on Friday: 6pm followed by dinner
- No official Saturday classes--Saturday morning is reserved for committee meetings, group meetings, and one-on-one with your peers or Entheos staff
Rooms Are Starting to Book Up!
If you haven't registered and booked your room, you might want to think about doing this. With limited rooms under our block, we want to make sure everyone gets the best rate. The negotiated rate is $279/night. When the rooms fill up, and if you are outside the block, it will be a minimum of $575/night at this hotel.
You can also register as well. Again, we want to be transparent about the costs, so you know why the registration is $995. The cost per person for all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages on Thursday and Friday) is $1,269 (this includes the show). That means the coop is subsidizing each member registration by $274.
The conference starts at 9:30 AM ET on Thursday, September 15th through all day Friday, September 16th. Saturday morning is reserved for committee meetings, group meetings, and one-on-one with your peers or Entheos staff. You'd be amazed at what you can learn and get done in this morning session.
